BERI.CO.MAX V2

The BERI.CO.MAX V2 is a stripping machine for big cables and designed for the processing of coax and high-voltage cables from about 1,0 mm (0.04”) up to 24,0 mm (0.95”) OD (head type K1) and from about 1,0 mm (0.04″) up to 17,5 mm (0.69″) OD (head type K2) and for stripping length up to 100,0 mm (3.94”).
The BERI.CO.MAX V2 (head type K1) owns two pairs of blades, located across from each other. The head type K2 version uses a stripping head with four knives where all knife blades are on the same cutting line for exact right-angled cut. With this head it is possible to strip:
- sucoform cables
- corrugated cables

The machines listed are universal semi-automatic stripping machines from small to medium series. Use of specific knives depending of the cable being used processes and enables processing of almost all standard cables. Using special knives (prism), the machine automatically adjusts from standard items to another diameter up to 6 mm2 (cable dependent). In a limited range, and in smaller series the machine can be used for length cutting. AM.STRIP2 - machining of round cable with external diameter of 1,0 - 25 mm, flat cable width up to 35 mm, maximum length of full removal up to 120 mm and up to 450 mm for partial removal.

AM.STRIP.500, 700 i 1000
Technical data
AM.STRIP.500 is pneumatic, semi-automatic stripping machine for industrial insertion cable sleeve up to 30 mm outer diameter (standard) and length 500 mm removals. For lengths of shirts that exceed mentioned dimensions are available AM.STRIP.750 and AM.STRIP.1000 machines. For cables with a maximum outside diameter of 10 mm and longer stripping lengths we recommend AM.STRIP - machines in special version with smaller long cylinder. In the case of larger ones the length of the stripping need to be tested.

ELMA.STRIP.020
Technical data
ELMA.STRIP.020 is a fast and powerful machine for stripping with a processing time of only 0.8 sec, for single-core and multi-core cable processing. Stripping is started by inserting the cable to process into the machine, which is then processed within the processing time. Head for the stripping is designed in such a way that the blades move towards each other providing high quality strip. Possibility of processing round cable of external diameter 0,5 - 8 mm, flat cable up to 10 mm wide, removal length 1.5 - 20 mm.

The purpose of this machine is stripping and twisting of cables with diameters 0.03 mm2 to 4 mm2 or 4.5 mm outer diameter (depending on insulation properties). Stripping length is 1.5 to 15 mm.
