Zeta 630
With the Zeta 630, control cabinet construction becomes an efficient, just-in-time activity. Wire processing is highly productive from a batch of 1 thanks to the economical automation process. Automated processes plus batch or sequence production without changeover shorten the manufacturing time by up to 50 percent. The automatic wire selector provides up to 36 different cables and the CM 1/5 GS module processes as many as five different ferrules. Reliable fully automatic production assures consistent high quality.

Zeta 640/650
The industry places the highest demands on the flexibility of automated wire assembly, requiring that it be possible to process many different cables and terminals without changeovers, just-in-time, for batches of any size. Komax developed the highly flexible Zeta 640 and Zeta 650 for this reason. They allow automated processes and batch or sequential production without the need for changeovers, cutting the manufacturing time by up to 50 percent. EtherCAT improves the overall system performance and significantly increases output. With continuous data flow, the new Zeta machines are ready for their efficient future.

Omega 740/750
Komax has developed the fully automatic block loader machines, the Omega 740 and Omega 750, for wire harness production with insertion of housings. The highly flexible system enables operator-independent production with double-sided block loading in the highest quality and different complexity without the need for interim storage of individual wires. It is the economical answer to ongoing miniaturization and increasingly smaller batches. The Omega series makes it possible to manufacture a range of different wire harnesses while simultaneously reducing production time significantly. The tried and tested EtherCAT platform improves overall system performance and significantly increases output.
